Seriously, Vicki is getting on my nerves. She's such a dang spaz. Her husband and children are obviously trying to tell her they want her attention and she's so wrapped up in her job she's missing it.
I thought what Gretchen did for her parents and the wedding was so sweet.
Something about Tamra and her boyfriend gives me the heebee geebies.

I thought it was really sad when Vicki said something along the lines of, "They all tell me I work too much but I love it, so who cares?!"
I thought Gretchen's vow renewal for her parents was very sweet, but I was annoyed because I know she has a sister and her sister wasn't involved. I can't imagine doing something like that for my parents and not involving my siblings as well. Seems a little selfish to me (like "Look what I did for Mom and Dad!")
Also, Alexis drives me nuts. As does her husband or should I say "God's appointed ruler of the house"?

Gretchen - ehh, the vow renewal idea was nice, but it was a little much. Its their anniversary, not hers, ya know? I also thought they might want to have a party or involve other people. I really didn't like her weird shirt w/ the giant oranges on the nips.
Tamra's boyfriend's teeth are scary. I want to call him "chompers" I'm glad Tamra's happy and I know she had issues w/ Simon, etc. but I have to laugh when I hear a 42 yo woman after 2 divorces and 4 kids talk about how she's found her "soulmate" - she just sounds like a teenager. Relationships are work and people are real - she's over idealizing it. Also - maybe you could wait like 6 months after you leave your husband before you start banging guys on TV. . just sayin' I'd also like to know what his does for a living besides wear Ed Hardy T-shirts.
The new lady is really not attractive and her husband making jokes about her new boobs really turned me off.
Alexis - eh, she's less annoying than last year.
Vicki just makes me sad. She used to irritate the hell_ out of me (and she still does on occasion), but most of all, I just pity her. I admire people with incredible work ethic, who work hard, and am envious of those who love what they do - that's all fine, well, and good. But to put your work above your family 99.9% of the time is just... sad.
The vow renewal for Gretchen's parents was sweet, but like Joan mentioned, I know that Gretchen has siblings. Where were they? Why weren't they involved? That struck me as odd.
Tamra's boyfriend is gross and his upper body is shaped oddly. But I'm super jealous of their trip to Spain and wish I could pull off a cute hat and flower in my hair.
Alexis continues to drive me insane. Her comments about Peggy's boobs and the fact that Peggy should have seen her (Alexis') doctor were catty. I read the blogs and according to Peggy, Alexis actually works for her doctor? I had no idea Alexis worked outside of the home, aside from this fashion line she's doing.
I felt badly for Peggy when she was crying prior to her surgery. I now cry every time I fly somewhere because I'm worried about something happening to me and leaving my daughter, a concern I didn't have before being a mother. It made me tear up just watching it.
Also, I'm glad she didn't get pontoons on her chest like Alexis has. I think the sheer amount of plastic surgery and facial "enhancements" out there is ridiculous, but at least she didn't go overboard with the size of her chest. I won't comment on the face.

Vicki just looks like a has been. She's all wrinkly and fake tanned. And picking work over your family is sad.
Gretchen still annoys the heck out of me, but I think that what she did for her parents was nice.
Tamra seems to have gotten her life back on track and seems happy, which is good. I don't like her new boyfriend though....he just seems sleezy to me.
Alexis is completely fake inside and out as well as submissive to her husband, but there's something about her I just like. I don't know what it is, but her story intrigues me.
Peggy is boring. There's something about her I just don't like.

I guess I am the only one who doesn't have a problem w/ Vicki and her obsession with work. Her kids are all grown up & have been for at least 2 seasons now. She is still very involved in their lives, but for at least the last 3 seasons we have seen her helicopter mother them, try to buy their affection, etc. and it's been absolutely ridiculous. I guess it would be nice if she and Donn had a mutual hobby or did something that they enjoyed, but we know that their marriage is totally dead in the water and I wouldn't be surprised if this season is edited to highlight that. ETA- I don't think that Vicki's kids really want her attention, I think they would be happy if she would just leave them alone. I think that everyone on that boat ride would have preferred if she just wasn't there.
If Peggy was truly concerned about her kids she would have waited until the baby's first birthday before undergoing what is a completely elective surgery. And better yet she would have not had new implants put in, since she will have to have this surgery done AGAIN in 10-15 yrs prompting another round of tears. (this is her 3rd set of implants in ~20 yrs.) Don't cry if you are just setting yourself up to do this again, and each time you do it you are increasing your risks of complications, unless they are tears of guilt. Obviously her husband values her fake t!ts more than his wife's health. She looks like a tranny.
I find the whole vow renewal thing odd and boring. I fast-forwarded through much of that. I thought it was cute/sweet that she did all that for her parents.
I agree w/ Kathryn on Tamra- I think it's great she can be herself and I think she seems younger and happier w/ her new BF, but I think it's silly that she is referring to him as her soulmate, but then again I hate that term.
I'm not caring to much for RH of anything too much anymore. I was realy looking forward to this season too.
I feel sorry for Vicki when she is with her family. They always pick on her and say sarcastic remarks. She is a workaholic but they give her A LOT of grief about it. Vicki is not the same Vicki from season one.
Gretchen seems like she is trying to out-do her siblings. I think to renew vows and not have other family involved seems selfish. I'm not sure what she is thinking being with Slade either, this seems like a big mistake. Slade looks like a bum, he looks like he has let himself go.
Tamara seems to be having a good time with her BF. They are in real heavy lust.
I don't really pay attention to Alexis and Peggy too much. I like how they try to one up each other on everything.
I thought I was the only one that noticed!!! It seems as though he has either too many teeth for his mouth or they stick out too far. Can't figure it out. Eddie is just a rebound and for the sake of her kids, I think she looks silly talking about her sex life with him, 6 months post divorce.
I really like Alexis. Yes the whole "God is my King" thing gets old, but I feel like I could be friends with her in real life and I admire how she values her family. And I totally agree with her that Peggy's boobs were too far apart.
Yes Vicki works too much, but she did make a good point when she asked where her family thought all the money came from - from her working. They complain, yet wouldn't have the house, cars, vacations they do if she didn't bust her butt. Do I think she runs her mouth about working too much? Yes. Almost as if she is seeking acceptance/acknowledgement from those around her.
Slade is such a deadbeat and I'll be happy when Gretchen is done with him.
