lets dish living social deal
I got my order today and it was totally wrong...which is a bummer but the items actually looked pretty good. The manager was fantastic to work with and even offered to bring me the correct items tonight ( I told her that was not necessary). I get to keep this whole order because of health regulations and will get my correct order on Tuesday. So just to say that they were great to work with and very apologetic!!!!

I think we need to eat down our freezer before we'll have room, though. How much space does it take up?
we have a seperate stand alone freezer, it is basically looks like the size of 2 mini fridges on top of each other...if that makes sense
the order took up 1.5 shelves and I am assuming my replacement will take up about another shelf (we did have 1 item thats the same and I already have the free desserts etc).
We got ours two weeks ago and it's been pretty good. I timed the delivery to coincide with going back to work and we've made two of the dinners so far and will make a third tonight. The servings are pretty generous (although you still need to make sides, esp. veggies) and the food has been OK to good. Nothing that rocked my world - but everything has been fairly easy to make and a lovely change of pace from the usuals. I would definitely do it again. I wish they got my order wrong - but alas, everything was perfect.
We have a deep freeze, so I put everything in there. If we didn't, I bet it would have taken up a shelf in my side by side freezer in the kitchen. I can't wait to after Easter to make the scones, I gave up sweets for Lent....
As to dish reviews - we've had the Italian stuffed chicken (good, I would have preferred more cheese and tomato sauce) and the beef gyros (pretty good, we added extra feta because we are gluttons like that - I liked that I didn't need to defrost it in advance)
I bought two deals and I'm saving them for when this baby makes her appearance. I'm glad to hear they had such great customer service though.
you have time:-) I just ordered mine over the weekend and the soonest delivery date was May 11th.
I really wanted to get this. But with my frozen breast milk and the bags of homemade baby food, we really didn't have space in our freezer.
I hope they do it again sometime.

If I still had breastmilk and homemade baby food, we would not have been able to do it either...that stuff takes up so much space.....:) I hope they do it again too
