Am I a complete psycho if I add a ticker to my siggy counting down until we begin TTC?  I mean it is over a year away - but I still kinda want to lol.

BTW - I've got my big girl panties on so if you want to flame me for this go ahead lol.

    Do it!!! It's your ticker and it's not like your siggy takes up the entire page. Plus I think that there are quite a few people on here that are looking forward to TTC also! Now if you go to another page and post I'd be ready for some unwanted comments about it

    I don't see how it's any different from a ticker for your next vacation, moving, house closing, birthday, etc.  They're all plans that are important to the person with the ticker, although not necessarily to anyone else.  However, knowing how badly you want a baby right now, would it make you feel bad to see how far off it is?

    I don't think it would - I just think when we get to the year mark and I see it, I'll be so excited, etc etc. 

    Both H and I want a baby badly, but we both want to stick to the plan so I can SAH more.  Even though I want a baby, and have to wait - I still haven't found myself sad about it, just anxious that's all.

    I agree with Faith that lately I've really been in need of some sort of milestone to look forward to, so if it helps, do it. But I also agree that some people on other boards might side-eye you, so if you're OK with that, then more power to you!

    I think when the Vaca ticker comes down (in Sept) I'll add the TTC countdown.  Thanks ladies!!

    Lol... Linds, do whatever you want!!! Having a baby is EXCITING and a major life change. Making the decision to start TTC is huge.

     I personally am so so antsy right now. I want to just get pg asap and have a bunch of babies. Even waiting until next month seems insane to me. Sigh. :)

    Just don't make it an icky one... someone at some point (maybe on this board?) had one that said Humpin' til we're Bumpin' and it was pretty funny.
