Re: Good steak marinade (make at home)
I got this one from Amber - DELISH!!!!
1 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
Marinate steaks for four hours, or until time to cook.
(She usually does overnight but it is just as good after a few hours)
This is what I have used when there are various semi-empty bottles to use:
ketchup
low sodium soy sauce
chopped onions, garlic and shallots (any or all-whatever you have on hand)
Put all in ziploc bag, put steak in, let marinade for as little as 10 mins to as much as 30 minutes
Put on grill and enjoy!
This is sooo good!

I'm late, too.
We never marinate steak. We just season it really well with a mix. We typically buy really good cuts for steaks, though, so it doesn't need much to be mouth watering.
