As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

long shot -- anyone use verizon wireless?
every time i have tried to log into verizon wireless's website to pay my bill for the last week, it tells me there's an error and they can't access my account and i should come back later. is anyone else having this problem? i'm going to try and log in from work, in the off chance that it's my home computer, but i thought i would ask if anyone here is having that problem.
