Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Equal Pay Day.. makes me sick.
I wish I never saw this because it seriously p!sses me off.
Basically, Equal Pay Day was yesterday, Tuesday, April 12, 2011. This date symbolizes how far into 2011 women must work to earn what men earned in 2010.

The whole subject makes me sick. But honestly I took a little comfort in that website.
See I'm a direct manager of two male employees- one of them makes considerably more than I do. The other makes just under me. Seriously? I'm their MANAGER!!!
So I am taking comfort in the fact I'm not alone.
