We ordered a dresser for the baby's room last week and it came in. We were putting it together this afternoon, and when we went to get the top, we noticed that it was cracked. It's cracked underneath and doesn't go all the way through, but it looks a little bowed on that side (the right). I called the company, but they closed at 5. If they can send me a new top piece that would be great. My other option is to return the whole thing which would mean we'd have to take apart the dresser (which teaches me to look at everything before putting it together) and the box is destroyed so I don't know how we would do it.
So, if the company won't replace the top, what would you do? Return it? Keep it? I feel like since it doesn't go all the way through it should be fine. But, I'm putting my kid on it, ya know? Help!

The company called me back when I was at the doctors office, and they are replacing the whole top piece. I just have to get them all the info when I get home. YAY!
Just wonder how long it'll take to get to me.. Oh well, at least it's free!
