Need handyman/contractor (?) rec's
We just got our annual spring inspection from our community (Countryside) and we need to have some repairwork done on the outside of our home. Specifically we need to have some roof shingles and trim replaced, as well as the decorative wood trim above our front door either repaired or replaced. It's a relatively small job, and I don't want to break the bank. Does anyone have a handyman or similar rec?

I may have a guy for you -- he reno'd our basement, and recently did our upstairs ceiling work (scraped off the godawful popcorn). I have the contact inforamtion at home - will get it to tonight and PM you.
(he's in Sterling, too, so that would help.)
I also recommend Builders Siding, in Manassas, for htis type of work -- not sure of the pricing for any of this to know if it's within your range.
