Does anyone have the Graco Nautilus 3-in-1 Car Seat?
my inlaws just bought this for FILs car. I am a Britax momma. i love all the reviews and all the safety features. I never really looked into Graco, but they "surprised" me last night and told me they got one. I didnt even know they were in the market for a carseat?! IMO, they shouldve asked me what I liked. but whateves. I have to point out that I am NOT ready for L to be in a car w/o me...call me crazy. should I have said something?
anyway, any reviews?

I was like you a Britax girl. However My parents did not have that for my son. I decided for the amount of times they were actually going to drive him I was not going to make a big deal out of it. I couldn't demand they purchase a 300.00 seat for the handful of times.I was not in a position to buy one for them at that point.
I would since they have new rules make sure that the seat could rear face. Maybe if it's not you could make up the difference and get a Britax in t e exchange.
For the amount of times they may have your DD in the car I wouldn't worry about it after checking reviews.
Both sets of grandparents were told to get their own seats. I don't have all the money to dish out and they both have J in their cars often. They were fine with this. And will be purchasing soon. Until now they used the infant seat.
If you are concerned bring it up, but the fact they took it upon themselves to get a seat I think is great. Also IMO if you want to request what one they get then you need to buy it. I gave my parents ideas, and told them I have coupons also and/or will get it and they can pay back.
This exactly. They don't take her anywhere very often, and when they do it's usually just around town. We can't afford to buy them a Britax (what we have) and they aren't going to spend that kind of money on a car seat. They got the Evenflo convertable and to our surprise it actually got pretty good reviews and ratings by CR.
