Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Any Tommy Europe fans?
Not sure if anyone here knows who I'm talking about...
Tommy Europe is the trainer on Last 10 pounds Bootcamp and Bulging Brides which both air on Slice here in Canada.
Well, I get to meet him tomorrow! He is visiting one of the hospitals I work at tomorrow to give an inspirational lecture and then a one hour bootcamp. I happen to be off work tomorrow so I am going to go to the lecture. I would LOVE to participate in the bootcamp but it would, without a doubt, make me to sore to be any good for my half marathon on Sunday so I didn't sign up.
I'm pretty excited, so I thought I would share. Any other Tommy Europe fans?
