Lurker with interview question
Hi ladies, question for you. I went through a 2nd interview, and though I had been told ahead of time--completed a 75 question personality evaluation. They then had me wait while they scored it, and asked me about each individual response. It seemed like they were really trying to trip me up and get me to disagree with what I originally answered.
Do you think they were just making sure I answered honestly the first time, or would this be a red flag to you? TIA for any input you have!
