So, um, it's Thursday, right? I had myself convinced for a few minutes this morning that it was Friday, then I got the sads. Ha.
We went to Home Depot last night to pick up some lumber for the great window switch over this weekend and to look at paint. I want to do big grey horizontal stripes in the guest bedroom, so I picked out a few greys that looked well together and with the bedding I bought yesterday. Then, as we're standing at the paint counter waiting we looked at the "oops" paints. There was a grey in the Behr Premium Plus Ultra Paint and Primer in One (a $45 can of paint) on for $9. It was different than the 2 I picked, but a few minutes of looking later and I found another that went with it well. Score!! Now, to get going painting that room.
Tonight I will go for a (short) run and I'm getting together with a girlfriend to watch Grey's. I'm excited.

Well I am leaving work in a little bit to bring Zach to the doctors. I think he has an infection or something. Doesn't look like a diaper rash, and it breaks my heart to see him uncomfortable.
Otherwise, usual busy day at work trying to get as much done as I can.

I slept so well last night, but I wish I got to sleep in longer this morning. Although, I woke up last night with crazy stomach pains. I think a good poop is in order some time today.
Tonight is Grey's, and hopefully not another rerun. DH is playing disc golf until late more than likely, so he'll be getting home as I'm falling asleep on the couch for the night.
I'm hoping it dries up a bit tonight so I can take the dogs for a much needed walk. I'm pretty sure they're insanely restless still from winter, let alone the few days of rain we've been having.
Ha raynes! I also thought it was Friday today. Bummer!
So, my principal is going around telling people that she's planning on rehiring me... I don't know why she's telling others and not me, but I'm still glad it's being said.

I didn't sleep well last night, so I wish that it was Friday so that I could sleep in tomorrow. Oh well. I'm having lunch with my brother today. I haven't seen him in a few weeks now so I'm very excited. It's also supposed to be gorgeous today which means no jacket at lunch. Nice spring days make me happy! No major plans after work tonight. I'll probably try to get in a workout and watch some Grey's.

Last night C told me all about the horrible things her mother did to her. I have no words for how much this upset me. After I put her down, DH and I documented everything and then I cried.
Today I'm going to relax, I've been applying like crazy for jobs next year, and working with my dad to get my resume ready for the job fair on Saturday, hopefully I'll walk away feeling confident. A district I really want to work in listed 3 openings that I'm qualified for yesterday, and they're going to be at the job fair. I'd really really like to send C to this district and it wont work out unless I work there.
Tonight is family pizza making night, we're going to eat pizza and watch American Idol from last night, do our own judging.
Morning, all! Last night was low key; we had the guajillo chile chicken I made on Sunday with some jasmine rice. It was pretty good! Then we just relaxed and were asleep before 10pm. No sawing noises from the deli last night, too. Tonight it's the gym, then more relaxing.

Last night was a pretty low key night. I had no motivation to get any house work done so we had dinner and then watched a movie. I was in bed by 9:45.
Today is just another normal work day and not quite sure about tonight. DH is taking Buddy in for his shots, poor little guy!

Morning ladies! Last night was pretty low key. I left work at a reasonable hour, went home, and took Casey for an hour long walk. It was wonderfully nice out, and just nice to get into the swing of enjoying our neighborhood again now that the temperatures have improved. B and I have our eyes on this super cute two flat not too far from us that we could rent out for now and eventually turn into a single family home. It needs a ton of work though, and I keep going back and forth on whether we'd really be up for such a project.
Raynes, what prompted you and Derek to buy the house you did? Were you guys specifically looking for a fixer upper?
Today is going to be a busy day at work, and then this evening B and I are headed to Obama's kickoff campaign rally.

I'm super tired and grouchy this morning and didn't help that I woke up to dense fog and snow. Yuck!
Tonight I'm going straight home after work, working out, and going to bed early. The last few nights have been crazy and I'm exhausted.

I have today off of work for a dentist apointment. I don't want to go to the dentist and get fillings I always feel so sick the next day.
Also I have been have my body go crazy on me for no reason. for the past 4 days my boobs have been killing me. for no reason. First I thought it was just my bra was to tight or small so I put on one of my new bras that were bought after I was mesured.wich resulted in a big fat nothing.
We had a crazy hail storm last night followed by rain, it killed my plans of grilling outside.
I'm ready for this week to be over. I need to recharge, I've been in a total funk his week and I can't seem to kick it.

I have one more day until vacation...and I think I can make it. Today was tough...the kids were wound since vacation is so close. I had to have two other teachers come help me remove a student from my room one period and another period I had to kick a kid out for pulling a chair out from under another kid...blech.
Tonight we are making paninis for dinner and catching up on the DVR. We're also hoping to hear from a neighbor about whether or not he can watch our dogs tomorrow night so that we can go out of town for the night to visit BIL and see his new place in Albany, NY. It would be a fun impromptu getaway, but we'll see if it works out.

Today was my Friday, hooray! 9 day work stretch finished. Now I have a well deserved 3 day weekend.
Work was better today. Definitely not as busy.
Now I'm making Kraft Dinner because that's what I wanted and I'm lazy. Later tonight I'm making 2 batches of brownie covered Oreos to take in to hospital that I'm not wokring at anymore and for church retreat on Sunday
