Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Running in NOVA
I'm further north of you so I don't know any trails that are super close to you. My favorites include:
Mt. Vernon trail (starts and Mt. Vernon and ends in Rosslyn)
Custis (goes along Rt-66 from Rosslyn south and connects with W&OD)
W&OD Trail (near Reston area)
Capital Cresent (starts in Georgetown/Feltcher's mill and goes up to Bethesda)
I also heard that Burke Lake Park is good to run around. Hope that helps a bit! Happy running!
