I hate uverse. I have for some time now. We came home tonight to our uverse having a big fat red x on the screen when we turn on the TV. DH has tried everything he normally does to fix it. He is pretty technologically savvy. We already have someone coming out here on Saturday because we had been having audio problems and they ran some tests and determined there is some "physical issue that may be impacting our service" that needs to be fixed. So DH is talking to someone now who is telling him there is nothing they can do until they come out here on Saturday. So.. you're telling me that not only have all our TV shows not recorded tonight because of whatever is wrong now but that we won't have TV until Saturday?!?! UGH! I'm so over these people.

ugh, I'm so sorry.
I hate that you're having so many issues - because we changed a year ago to uverse and have been soooo much happier. We've literally had not one issue.
Hopefully they get it figured out asap, or that it just 'magically' fixes itself tonight!
