G'ma had surgery today (less than a week after getting in with the specialist I found) and is cancer free! She had some lesions on her left ovary and fallopian tube, so they were removed.
The specialist read the diagnosis from her general physician and called him a fear monger-er and a quack. I doubt she's going to go to a different gen phys though.
I talked to her last night and she said to me "I'm a tough old gal, Crissy. You won't get rid of me just yet." I'm so happy she's going to be okay.
(An unmatched left parenthesis creates an unresolved tension that will stay with you all day.
