Had my first u/s yesterday, PIP
I thought I would share with you ladies since you were so nice to me when I first came here. I would share with my local board but apparently I am not in the 'cool crowd' there. And for some reason that is really bothering me today. (long story)
Anyhoooo. Here is our Nugget.
I was thinking I was 8w5d but Nugget is measuring 7w3d. DH was scared to look since they couldnt do the u/s the normal way (if you catch my drift). After they brought up the screen he stood up and was looking. I started crying and so did he! The doctor was trying to calm us down and said "Aw look! There's your baby! It looks just like you!" DH gets really close to the screen, squints and says "How can you tell?" We both laughed and I said "She is kidding! She is trying to lighten the mood!"
I took the picture afterwards to show my Dad at work and he puts on his reading glasses and says "Um. No offense but what am I looking at here?"
I laughed and said "Well you see that black blob in the middle? Nugget is the little grey blob inside the black blob."

Aw, yes - the vag cam. Every woman's dream (sarcasm). At least they use a condem right? Not that it matters now for you anyway, lol!

Sono showed no baby and teeny tiny sac. Waiting to M/C naturally.
That is so exciting!! I cried when I had my first u/s (tearing up as we speak)...they couldn't find the heartbeat with the doppler b/c she was hanging out behind my pelvis, so we had to go kill time for 2 hours and then come back to do the u/s. I was so relieved when we saw her and heard the heartbeat I started crying. The tech was like, are you alright??? I'm like yes, just happy!! DH may have cried...I'm not sure.
