Since there was a lot of discussion of flip flop weather in the Friday Eve post...Is it flip flop weather where you are? Are you a fan of flip flops? Why or why not?
Earlier in the week it was, then yesterday I wore my flip flops and it rained. I didn't wear them today and it's sunny...go figure.
I love flip flops! I look forward to spring and summer so I can wear them.

Re: Flip Flop Weather?
Not yet. Not. Yet.
The Princess of Anything is Coming!
Had a dream I was queen.
Woke up. Still queen.
I CANNOT stand wearing socks and shoes. Pretty much any time there's not snow on the ground is flip flop weather for me, so yes. It is flip flop weather here right now. :-)
I'm like Jessie - slightly obsessed. I refuse to throw mine out until I literally can no longer wear them, and I'm constantly buying more. I have way more pairs than I need, but I really do wear all of them.
Barely. It hit 70 today and will only be in the 60's next week but I'm debating wearing them anyway. Every time October rolls around I have a huge internal fight with my feet to shove them back into real shoes.
I have a serious obsession with flip flops. I believe I have 14 pairs, all in different colors from Old Navy.
Married / The Cookaholic Wife
I used to have almost 50 pairs of flip-flops (most of them $5 or less from Target or Wal-Mart), but when I graduated high school I seriously culled down my collection. I have probably 10 pair now.
Today is flip-flop weather, it's actually pretty warm outside right now (I just got back from walking to Starbucks and I'm sweating a little). But it's been really unpredictable around here lately.
I love flip flops! Not quite warm enough to wear them here yet in Boston. They are against the dress code at my job, so I wear them as soon as I get home from work in the summers and all weekend if I can help it!
I have about 15-20 pairs of flip flops and buy a new pair or two every year! My obsession used to be the thick, wedgy flip flops that look just a little bit dressier than the regular ones. Unfortunately, flip flops aren't good for my feet. I have flat arches so I really need shoes with more structure and support. I've been trying to ween myself off of them and wear real sandles or wedges instead.
City - You should look into OluKai flip-flops. They're pricier, but they are really high quality (so mine still look great after 2 years) and they have excellent arch support IMO.
Thanks!! I'll have to check them out!
It's not constant flip flop weather here yet. A few weeks ago we had a week long of high 70s, but yesterday it was snowing. Today it's only supposed to be 39. Such is CO springtime.
I'm like City, love to wear them, but need more support than the $3 ON ones can offer. I have about 2 pair of those to use at the gym when I go swimming, one pair of Crocs and a high wedge pair on the way from LB. I don't mind spending $ on good shoes, so I'll check out that brand Laura recommended.
I'm more excited to wear capris, crops, and bermuda shorts than I am to wear flip flops!
I used to have a ton of ON ones, but about 5 years ago I bought a pair of Reefs and those are all I wear now. They last for years and like Steph said they are so much more supportive.
I have a brown and black pair of Reefs that I live in except for winter and then I have a pink and blue pair of ON ones which I will wear on occassion.
It's been flip flop weather here for a while now and I'm loving it. As long as it's in the 50s I'll wear flip flops!!!
