Birthing classes in dutchess county?/Vassar hospital?
Where did you ladies take your birthing class? Did anyone take them through vassar hospital in poughkeepsie and would you rec. it?

This. Even if I did not use one technique from the class, it calmed my nerves and made me feed more comfortable and confident with the birth. ( I wound up not needing a lot of the info because I needed a C-section.) Plus, the tour was SO helpful. Vassar was an amazing hospital and it provided a great first few days for our little family!
