I did start running again on Wednesday. I'm doing the C25K program since I have been more focused on doing strength training as opposed to cardio lately.
Since we're TTC now, I'm really more focused on getting in the habit of eating healthy and going on walks. I'm not really worrying about the number on the scale.
I lost 1 lb from last week, so I'm happy with that. I've got 7.2lbs to go to reach my goal. It's really just a random number that I sort of said I'd like to reach. My motivation is to get down lower while we are TTC so that #1 I can be eating healthier & #2 so that when I do have a baby I won't have so far to go to lose weight afterward.
I got Zumba for Wii and started doing it this week. It's fun and a great work out!
