So, I finally went and spent some of my birthday money on a sweater from Lululemon.
I've been wanting one for a while, and figured birthday money was intended for that sort of thing (you know, things you really want but can't quite bring yourself to spend the money on).
Well, I tried on a pair of pants too, just for shits'n'giggles of course, and omg they are magic pants. I've always heard that they do nice things for a persons rear end, but wow I didn't realize it would be that good!
Also, I fit nicely into a size 10, which pleased me greatly. However, I could not stomach the idea of shelling out $100 for a pair of pants, however magical they may be.
So, I'm thinking they'll be my "I've reached a size 8 pant" reward.
Who else has Lulu stuff?

Love it!
It really was like Christmas. I mean, I like my butt, I've worked pretty hard for it, and it looks pretty good in cheapie Old Navy workout/yoga pants, but the Lulu ones just smooth everything and lift a little and just wow.
I tried on the Groove pants. I'd suggest just going into a store. They've got them all on mannequins and you can just try on whatever.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
I live in Lululemon gear. Seriously. I work out a lot so I obviously wear them for that, but I use the long Wunderunder tights as my go-to leggings under boots, and lulu is my weekend uniform. My favorites from there are the Groove pants, Wunderunder crops, and Cool Racerbacks.
And, they are SO well-made. They don't get stretched out or misshapen, and it takes MAJOR MAJOR wear before they begin to fade or pill (read: years). So worth the extra $$. Just be prepared to know that once you go Lulu, you won't be able to go back. I have tons of Nike stuff I barely touch anymore.
I LOVE my Lulu stuff. I bought it all years ago when I lived in TO, and I really had to force myself to pay the price. I have two pants that I love and wear a lot, a couple of t-shirts and some shorts. I used to have a wonderful jacket that I wore a ton, but I somehow managed to lose it in Israel. I bought some sort of replacement the other day, and it is just not the same.
auguri, they don't have a store here, but I'm pretty sure that there are a few stores here in London that sell some of their stuff. I had looked into it a few months ago, but have yet to check it out. I think you said that you were going to be here sometime this summer ...

I'm going to be there in June, so I'll have to check out which stores carry their stuff. That would be great if I could actually try some stuff on before buying. Thanks for the tip!
I've been to lululemon in Detroit but could not bring myself to try anything on due to the price. I'm pretty cheap. But...I hate my ass so if this makes it look good, I might have to try them. I really wish I could wear tights for running but I look like shiiit.

Haha! It's my fav British dessert - bananas, cream, and toffee or dulce de leche on a crumb base. Sometimes (if I'm lucky!) with chocolate. Yum.
