Seafood Restaurant Rec in Boston
DH's best friend has a lady friend (not sure if they are dating or whatever since she's OOS) visiting this weekend and we're meeting up with them in Boston. I think it is her first time to the city and she wants lobster. DH just said, oh lets go to Legals, but I don't think that's good enough. 
Is there a seafood & fish (DH and I don't eat shellfish) restaurant, preferably near the harbor, you'd recommend for dinner Saturday?

i was coming on to post this exact thing (well seafood in boston at least)
we are visiting in May and also looking for good seafood. we are coming from DC and have McCorm. & Schm. here....are the ones there any different? is Legal Seafood there "better" (i believe that is original right?)
There are lots of other restaurants that serve great seafood, I think we were mostly focused on MrsC's "near the harbor" request.
I've heard good things about Turner Fisheries and Atlantic Fish Co. but have not been to either. The best fish I've had so far is the butterfish at Blue Ginger, but that's in Wellesley so you'd need a car or pricey cab to get there.
Legal Sea Foods has fantastic clam chowder IMHO but the rest of the food there is just OK--it's not bad, just nothing to write home about.
We've taken groups to the Chart House and Union Oyster House. I don't eat seafood, but they always seem to enjoy both places. Chart House has the better view, but UOH is more "Boston-y," for whatever that's worth.
(The prime rib at the Chart House is pretty good.)
I have been to Turner's, and it is good!
I just had dinner at B&G Oyster on Wednesday and it was amazing! Fried Oysters to start were served on a mustard aoli and were perfect! For an entree I had a pan seared Striped Bass with lobster reduction, spetzel and fava beans. Every was outstanding. They have a great selection of raw oysters as well.
Atlantic Fish on Boylston is very good. (It's very close to Max Brenner's Chocolate which IMO is not very good... in fact, I thought it was terrible!)
My honest advice to people who ask for good seafood restaurants is that most good restaurants in Boston have great seafood options.

Franklin Cafe (I live directly across the street and we love it!)
Toro (Spanish Tapas)

Petit Robert
Moo

The original legal seafood is in Boston but I am not impressed with it.

The Barking Crab I think has the best food. It's definitely not fancy, but it's fun. It's always packed though so you definitely want to go at an off time, or be ready to put your name in and walk around a bit.
The Chart House is really good too (had our wedding rehearsal dinner there!). It's nicer/more upscale, but not super fancy.
