Sick to my stomach
I am dreading how my resignation goes today. Seriously dreading it and for several reasons:
a) She'll probably do everything in her power to get me to stay and I have to stand my ground and say no - this is something I am terrible at.
b) She's going to be angry and could potentially tell me just to leave there and then - I need the money for the next few weeks as we still have to pay Betsey - she took it very well but I said I'd pay her through May 13.
c) If she agrees to me staying for 2-4 weeks, she's going to make those 2-4 weeks absolute hell.
Please think of me - I am not sure if I should do this earlier in the day or wait till right before I leave so she has the weekend to cool down. However, I bet on Monday she will ignore me again like she did a couple of weeks ago.

Please stand your ground, I know it is hard but just think of how happy you will be once you are rid of her.
If she does tell you to leave there and then could you get paid for any vacation and sick time that you have left?
I lean more toward giving it to her before you leave but I am not sure. Others might know more about resigning since I have never done that before.

I agree if she makes it bad you do not have to put up with it! Noone should have to stay in that type of situation.

You can do this!
a- Dont give in to her manipulations. Keep your mind focused on being home with Lucie, and think about how much happier you will be a SAHM.
b-If she tells you to leave, even better. You could still contact the board to let them know how she kicked you out, and in your letter you asked for two weeks (and that you were relying on that pay for a sitter).
c-Only make it 2 weeks. Keep your sanity!
