What's everyone up to this weekend?! I know today is a 6-month anniversary for some and tomrw for others (including me/us!)

We literally have no plans and I love it!
I am going to buy one of Carter's carseats since it is on sale. Other than that, might go to my parents' house to do laundry and get a home cooked meal (gosh, I feel like I'm a kid again!).
Next weekend is our big weekend, so I'm going to enjoy the rest while I can get it this weekend.

Megan - I saw your post about that. That's an amazing deal! How did you decide which you want to buy? Reviews, look, price, etc? I feel like there are so many items to buy for a baby and how do you know to get something that will work and last?
We don't really have any definite plans either, other than going out to dinner at a BYOB Argentinian Steakhouse tomrw for our 6month anniversary. I'm also secretly hoping DH will buy me some flowers, but if not, we can stop by the grocery store. Our Whole Foods had some gorgeous tulips for only $8 earlier in the week.

Argentinian steakhouse? Sounds delicious!!! I assume it is simliar to a Brazilian steakhouse? Not sure if these are everywhere (I suspect they are), but there is one here called Fogo de Chao that is supposed to be amazing.
As for the carseat, I asked my sister. She has several friends who are car seat techs who recommended it. Plus, it's supposed to be one of the (if not the) highest rated infant carseats.

I am going to a baseball game tonight w/my dad. DH is working the baseball game so I actually get to see him for the first time since Wednesday night. It is supposed to rain though
Tomorrow DH is getting a massage (it was his reward for losing 20 lbs). I will probably clean the house while he is there. Then I get to spend the afternoon running miscellanous errands for prom (getting stuff at the craft store, buying mass quantities of tape for decorating, etc). Our friends are having a diaper party for their baby tomorrow, then two friends we haven't seen since the wedding are coming over to our house.
Sunday: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! Can't wait because the next two weekends are going to be nuts!
Nothing too exciting planned here.
Getting the groceries and a few errands out of the way this afternoon since I'm off. Hoping to get a run in, the apartment cleaned and the laundry going so that we don't have to deal with that stuff later in the weekend.
Tomorrow we're meeting my mom for dinner and that's about it. There's a big football game here so we're not going to go out much because it's going to be busy. I think we may go to BBB to return our 2 sets of china we got and get some more bath towels with the credit we receive.
Sunday I'm running a 5k with my mom, I'm excited because last year Franco Harris (former steelers and psu player) was at it and I got to meet him. I hope he's there again this year. I plan on relaxing and hopefully reading the rest of the day.bloggity blog
We are supposed to put a porch on our house this weekend and so my dad is bringing up a trailer of wood (it's cheaper even with paying for gas). It supposedly going to storm tomorrow, so not sure how much porch building will actually get down this weekend.
Hannah, I am so jealous of this BYOB restaurant! Christie, awesome that your DH lost 20 lbs, that's great.
