How much would you pay a PT nanny?
COL is comparable out there, but H and I were thinking about getting a PT babysitter for Kami soon. We're looking at about 3 hours/day, 3 days a week, so 9 hours. Maybe bump it up to 4 hours/day if we can afford it. Looking for a high school student perhaps once school lets out. It would be he/she coming to our house (well, the gym technically). Do you pay by the hour or the week? I don't even know what the going rate is these days. Thanks!
