Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

What program do you use to create your resume?
An email was sent out today, outlining some new positions that are hopefully going to be created within my company soon. The "big boss" is going to hold a meeting on Monday to discuss the responsibilities of each of these positions, and if we're interested in being considered, we need to submit a resume to her next week. My current resume is outdated...I haven't updated it since I got this job.
Also, I've always done my resume in a way that highlights my experience, but I'm thinking at this point, I may want to highlight my skills or perhaps the specific things that I've done since working specifically for this company. Any suggestions?
