What does "s/o" stand for? Like in subject title where it'll say something like "s/o godparents" ?

Every so often I forget what it stands for and always think the person is talking about their Significant Other. Sometimes it works out and makes sense... sometimes not which has be really confused for a while until I remember what it really means.
