As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Maybe slightly delusional, but I don't care
My pants are looser today! This could be because they stretched out since their last washing, but I'm going to believe that I have lost size. I haven't lost weight on the scale, but my legs and butt feel firmer.
And this possibly misguided belief just helped me to pass up a free burger and fries and opt for my healthy pasta dinner instead.

Kind of like how I"m 80% sure that since I wore my regular pants until I was 8 months pregnant (with a bella band) I stretched them out and that's why they're loose....but I still count it as a win.
