hooray!!!
My cousin and his wife have been unable to get pregnant due to extreme PCOS, so they've been on the adoption trail for two or three years now. He left me a message tonight to tell me that they have a baby boy! Details are slim, but I know they had to fly out to Chicago, they met the birth family, and the baby is two days old...I don't know anything else and I'm dying to know!! And they're keeping "radio silence" on FB for now because I guess somehow it's not set in stone yet.
I'm so excited for them!!!!! ahhhh they've been waiting so long...I hope everything works out and they finally have their family!! Hooray!!!

Hooray! That's so wonderful for your cousin.
I think in most states birth mothers have to wait a few days to legally sign over parental rights, just in case they change their minds. Hopefully everything will go off without a hitch!
