Photographers you really liked...
I know this has been asked a million times, but who have you had do your kids pictures that you loved? We've always gone to a studio (which I'm not necessarily opposed to at this point either) but I want to get my 2 year olds pictures done in May and was hoping to do them outside. If you dont mind saying, who did you use, approximately how much did it cost and what did you get for that price?
Also, if anyone has any good suggestions for places to take outdoor toddler pictures that would be great too.

We've used NewzieMom from this board.. price is VERY reasonable (although I don't know that she wants it broadcasted on the board) and it includes a cd with all rigths to the prints. She will take them at any park and was good about suggesting locations.. We used her for Aubrey's newborn pics and our family pics this past fall..
(hope its okay to offer your services Newzie-I know you are expecting so not sure if you are up for much photography these days)
I always go through my friend Amanda, I LOVE her style and since she has a child of her own, she knows what it's like to try to get pictures done. She also loves to do only out door shots, she's done all of Ella's pix 3/6/9/12 (Kala also used her for Maddie's 1yr pix)

I second this! She's a friend from high school and if want her to do them you'll have to act fast because she's moving to the Northeast. I hope that when I get around to having children she will be visiting home at some point.
Very cool! We couldn't use her for Neena's 1 year photos because we were trying to save money. I'm so bummed she's moving, but I hope that we'll get to schedule a session with her when she comes back.
