Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I am making the roast you posted about. Any tips on how much seasoning I should add or shouldn't add??

I always season well with salt and pepper before searing it prior to putting it in the crockpot, then add 1 tbs each cumin and chili powder. Go easy on cayenne if you're doing that, maybe 1/4 tsp, to mix in with the tomatoes.
