AW/PW - I ran 10 miles yesterday!
It's true! I ran 10 miles in about 1:45. I had to stop about 4 times and stretch because my quads/hammies were so tight, but I did it!
My half is in two weeks and I'm just now starting to think I might actually be able to do it. I am ok with having to walk some, I just want to finish in under 2:30, which is totally feasible based on my time yesterday.
Bad part: I can barely walk today. Getting old sucks.

Run some for me! I don't run, well unless it's a good shoe/handbag sale or chocolate.
My only exercise all weekend was up and down the stairs taking what we demo'd down to the garage and then back up.
