Where did you grow up? My dad was in the Army, so I kind of grew up all over the place! I was born in Ft. Benning, GA but we only stayed there for about 6 months after I was born. We lived all across the country, but I never got to go overseas anywhere (my dad always did his overseas deployments unaccompanied so we stayed in the States while he was gone).

What is your first name? It's Brieanna, but I usually go by Brie.

Where do you work? I work for Bonnier Corporation in Winter Park, FL. It's a magazine publishing company that does a lot of special interest publications (Parenting and Popular Science are two of the more well-known ones). I work specifically for the Outdoor Group (which is Field & Stream magazine and Outdoor Life magazine) and I set up their online advertising campaigns on their sites.

What is the best/worst thing about your job? Hmm, best thing is probably that I work only about 3 minutes away from DH so we get to carpool every day (and that I really like most of my co-workers). Worst is that it's not really what I want to be doing (I'd rather be doing something more creative), but we'll see what happens!

Favorite Book? Favorites are a toughie for me (I can never decide on only one thing!). Um, I'd have to say pretty much anything by Michael Crichton (but I'm very partial to the Harry Potter books as well, lol)

Favorite Drink alcoholic/non? The Blue Moon martinis at Houlihan's are awesome. For non-alcoholic, probably just a glass of grapefruit juice. I've been trying to stick with water as much as possible lately, but that's just boring!

Do you have any animals? If so how many? What kind? and their names? We have two dogs, a beagle named Kal-El (DH is a Superman fan) and a Shiba Inu named Takara (which means "treasure" in Japanese). We also have a 150 gallon saltwater aquarium with about 20 different fish and all kinds of other critters.

What kind of music do you listen to? I have a pretty wide variety of stuff on my iPod. Mostly top 40 stuff, but a lot of other stuff like oldies (Elvis, Jim Croce), 80s, 90s, country, rock, hip hop, etc. A good mix is best

Do you want kids? How many? No kids yet, but we'll probably start trying in a year or so. I'd like two kids (ideally one of each), but DH is kind of set on only one. I'm slowly trying to bring him around to my POV, so we'll see what happens.

How many siblings do you have? I have one younger brother. He's currently finishing his second year of law school at FSU

It's kind of sad in a dorky way, but when I got my new car after high school (a Hyundai Tiburon), I thought I was too cool for school in my little sports coupe and joined an online forum for owners. I had commented on a post one of the few other girls had made about ex-boyfriend woes and DH replied to my post. He and I got to chatting online and were friends for about a year before he asked me out on a date and the rest is history

Since you said your current job isn't dream job, what is? Hmm, probably an exotic animal veterinarian, but that would require waaay too much school and isn't really feasible for me right now. Dream job with my advertising degree would be working for ESPN in their advertising/video department. I'd love to have a hand in doing their commercials and video editing work!

What is your favorite place where you live? Hm, probably

What is your favorite beach? Um, can you believe that I can count the number of times I've been to a beach recently on one hand? I don't know much about FL beaches (St. Augustine was pretty when I went), but fave beach ever would probably be Hapuna Beach State Park on Big Island, Hawaii. It was sooooo gorgeous!

What is your dream car? Probably an Audi R8. They're soooo sexy!

I work in fundraising at a university. It's okay but it's certainly not glamorous I started off as a mass communications person who worked in radio for three years but wanted a "real" job. Silly me.

I had a Tiburon not long after high school too (but I never joined a online forum for owners... lol).

What do you drive now? Nice! I don't know about you, but I loved my little Tibby! We stuck with the Hyundai family and now have a 2008 Sante Fe and a 2011 Genesis Coupe. Love both of them and you can't beat it for the value!
