Re: Sunday baking/cooking?
Made these for dinner a few days ago...super easy and yummy!

I made them with ground turkey
Well, yesterday was DH's birthday, so I made:
1. Cherry-Berry Pie (with ollaliberries and cherries I picked last summer)
2. Ribs with a Bourbon BBQ sauce
3. Baked Beans (from PW)
4. Potato Salad with a lemon-garlic-lime dressing
5. Garlic Bread (based off of PW's The Bread recipe)
Speaking of those, does anyone have the recipe? I want to make some muffins for my friends Bachelorette Brunch.
I made some buttermilk biscuits and then added some pan fried Cotta meat and some Asiago cheese. They were to die for.
I also made Strawberry, balsamic and black pepper jam from Blue Chair Fruit Jam cookbook. I can't find the exact recipe online, but it is very similar to this one from Canadian Living http://www.canadianliving.com/food/strawberry_balsamic_black_pepper_jam.php
I turned to PW this weekend for ...
Grandma Iny's Prune Cake (We had a bag of prunes about to be thrown out. Waste not, want not!) Sooo delicious! DH is battling me over the last little bit.
Homemade naan (I had all the ingredients on hand except plain yogurt. Since they don't sell plain yogurt in human quantities, I can make naan for the next month and a half!) Mine came out sort of tough and chewy, but I think I can fix the problem.
I made:
Banana Cream Cake
Spinach and Ricotta stuffed shells
Grilled asparagus
Taco Soup
Made a big pot of black beans and froze them so we can use them when for future meals/recipes
Here ya go: recipe. Don't skimp on the lime. The lime/strawberry combo is great.
