Fox news haters, come on in...

Check this story out about the head of Fox News.

My husband worked at the papers mentioned (he was Joe's counterpart) ...until I made him resign because it was crazy. Or I should say "they" were crazy. Michael left more than a year ago, but we've been kept up-to-speed by the other (former)employees (who are still being followed, btw).

Never thought gawker would be calling my house! Michael didn't provide them with any info (Joe didn't even speak to them) out of fear that the Ailes would somehow destroy his personal or professional life. The other employees that fessed up aren't as worried about that I guess. Poor Joe - they are still tracking him.

There's even more insanity that wasn't mentioned here... my personal favorite being that they thought Michael made me up in order to get out of work responsibilities. Yeah, no joke - they thought I was a total fabrication. They asked him "Why are you hiding Marissa from us?" because I hadn't met them after a couple of months (still haven't). They spent numerous dinner discussions trying to figure out if I was real. They thought Michael bought himself a wedding ring to keep up appearances. I wish I was kidding. Paranoid much?

Michael has thanked me for pushing him to get out of there when he did!

  • Totally paranoid! Crazy. It sort of reminds me of Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

  • They're loony-tunes for sure. So paranoid - over what? A small county newspaper? Really? With all that power and wealth you would think they might have bigger things to tend to. I'm glad we were done with them before they started tapping phones! So scary for poor Joe. We're pretty sure they're preventing him from getting work and all of his phone/bank activity is being tapped.
