My moan is just that I'm missing Derek...and he won't be home for another 5 weeks. Bummer.

My running buddy for my first 1/2 marathon just got a no running order from her Doctor. I'm bummed out for her, and bummed out for me too.
On the up side, I registered for my first 1/2 marathon yesterday!!

My moan is graduate level students who can't fill in scantron sheets correctly. HOW many scantron tests have you taken?? Completely fill in the circles & don't write above that magic black line!
Oh- and why do I always want everything I see in Pottery Barn e-mails/catalogs??
Ugh, that is SO annoying and complete BS. They should have made sure before actually ordering anything what they had and how much money was used. That way it prevents things like that from happening!
I guess my moan is that I'm ready for summer. I am ready to graduate in May (my masters) and be done with school, I'm ready for a break from my job until teaching in the fall again. I'm just exhausted it seems like...
Mine is a day late, but the damned router isn't working again....at ALL. I'm in the middle of 2 huge papers and half the references for each are online, which means I spend extra time on campus writing instead of being home with J.
My phone is also on the fritz - it's not holding a charge and so it's basically dead now. And I'm not eligible for a new one until April 30th, and J refuses to let me buy one before my upgrade window, which I get, but it's so annoying that I can't get in touch with ANYONE.

Mine is a day late too. Just been busy.
My moan is our friends are getting married in june. They are having a jack and jill next month. DH is the best man and just told me we have to go buy a $50 gift card to chilis and a $30 gas card for the jack and jill for the raffles. We also have to pay $30 for tickets to this thing. And buy raffle tickets and spend money on the other games. Is this normal? It seems a bit much. They are also registered at bed bath and beyond, but they said to not bring gifts to the jack and jill just the wedding. I guess it comes down to money because we have to get the tux, pay for a babysitter, drive, get the gifts all why trying to save to move back home things are getting really tight. I have no idea why it's upsetting me so much.
