in Hudson Valley Nesties

My dh has a beloved water bed that made the move to our house. Though I was wishing it would blow out of the back of the truck driving it here. (its the kind that there are several tubes in a mattress looking thing, it doesnt have one bladder like most do.)

I just found a small hole in the one bladder and I dont want to waste money on buying new bladders or fixing this one. And I convinced dh to let us buy a new mattress.

Any thoughts on the bob o pedic? Or would you spend double the money to get the real deal?

    I would love a new mattress but that's going to wait.  I've heard great things about both the Bobopedic and the real tempurpedic.  I don't know how much of a difference there is!

    I have the bobopedic with a pillowtop and we love it. We got it shortly after we moved because H had a crappy no name matress and I wanted to upgrade to a king. We have both been pleased with it. But I will say Hs side is starting to sleep lower than mine because he is kind of heavy. But once he gets off of the bed it goes back to being even. You cant flip the matress and it is really heavy for just one person to lift HTH

    We have the bob o pedic also and it took me awhile to get used to it but now I love it and miss it when we are away from home.

    We have the tempurpedic cloud supreme and love it.  Def order pillows, too. Worth every penny.  The company is always running promos and you can often get pillows and shipping free.

    We just bought a new mattress on Saturday.  We were looking at the bob-o-pedic but ended up getting the latex foam--same concept.  I am a stomach sleeper and when I laid on the bob-o-pedic I sank in so much that my spine was bending the wrong way and it hurt.  The latex foam is the same concept as the other mattress it just doesn't sink quite as much.
