Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Tax day vent
I received a 2 phone calls and an email from an old employee demanding to know where her W2 was and "didn't I know that taxes had to be filed by midnight tonight".
Seriously? Lack of planning on your part does not make it an emergency on mine. Apparently I wasn't working on getting it to her fast enough, because she then contacted one of the partners.
I really wanted to tell her she should know our bookkeeper is only in on Wednesdays and that I couldn't help her and that she'd have to file for an extention.
