House hunting full speed ahead...
Now that DH has decided on absolutely, definitely staying here and the CT job is out, we are looking to get in a bigger house NOW.
We saw three last night (one is a real possibility) and are getting our mortgage pre-approval letter updated today (previous is from last summer and is "stale"). We're concentrating our search from Sleepy Hollow up to Yorktown to keep our commutes manageable.
I'm really hoping we can find a place quickly, move in this summer and be able to enjoy a new space in the good weather and be completely settled in before the holidays...I want to host this year! Gotta have a goal.
