I have our Valentine's Day cards still up on my mantle and I was looking at them again today, and i JUST noticed that DH actually signed his card "DH". I think that's hilarious. How does he even know? He must be looking over my shoulder when I'm nesting.

That's cute. Mine still calls himself the designated hitter (DH in baseball lingo) sometimes. He thinks it's funny. My mother and father in law's sign their cards to us the MIL and the FIL and call me the DIL in person, too. Stick out tongue

That's cute. Reminds me of when my H commented on my use of The Nest shortly after our wedding. Our conversation went like this:

my H - "what are you looking at online"

me - "reading up on The Nest"

my H - "the nest....what the hell is the nest? First it was The Knot and now The Nest?!"

We had this exact same conversation. Except that then I told him about the Bump. He said, "What's next? The Void for women who get divorced?"

Yup, us too. And DH has totally made fun of the various levels first there's the knot, then the nest, then the bump, then what? I forget what his made up one was but similar to Passanie's DH. He also calls my time on the Anne/RTA board greengabling. Wink
