Affleck as Olbermann on SNL
Oh my. It is over the top, but his mimicking of KO's personality and yelling is pretty funny. It is weird to see Ben Affleck with gray hair and to see those KO glasses fit someone properly.
Re: Affleck as Olbermann on SNL
The special comment was THE. BEST.
OMG that was hilarious! And I love KO - he's insane, totally certifiable - but I like him. That was a great roast!
I am a runner, knitter, scientist, DE-IVF veteran, and stage III colon cancer survivor.
it was the longest skit in the world - very odd - but I guess they figured it was Ben so they couldn't go wrong.
Typical SNL - a few funny moments scattered amongst many awkwardly unfunny moments.
I thought McCain did a great job.
He was the Idol winner last year.
Just watched some stuff online--stopped watching the Olbermann video. ?I don't watch him, so I don't really get it either.
I did like Elisabeth Hasselbeck on The View. ?Anything Kristen Wiig does is awesome!?
I was actually really impressed with Ben Affleck. I haven't been a fan of his in a while (I think he lost me around the J.Lo / Reindeer Games era). He was HIGH-larious. The Olbermann impression was dead-on. Esp the WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD segment. And I was laughing my a$$ off during the Target sketch. I hate that Target lady (and everything she is in), but he was frickin hysterical.
"Let me scan you.... just what I thought. PRICELESS!"
Too funny.
No wonder I had no idea who he was or didn't like him.
