Calling West Chase Residents
I hear great things about the community yard sale and wanted to check in with those that live there or have been. Is it really that good? Is it worth the drive up there? Where is it? I can't find anything online, all I know is what a friend told me and she said it's on May 7.

Yes to all of your questions. It takes place in all of the communities in Westchase between Countryway and Sheldon off Linebaugh and I believe between Countryway and Racetrack Rd. It is May 7 starting at 8am I believe. Here's a webpage all about it:

I wanted to second the other poster's response. Yes, it is worth it. They have a lot of homes participate in their community sale. They also have a BIG turnout, so be prepared for a lot of crowds.
My sister lives in Westchase and I live up the street from Westchase. We are planning on having a joint sale at my sister's house on the 7th. Hoping to unload some crap that I no longer need! My sister is selling some furniture, so hopefully that we entice people to stop at our sale.
