Anyone buy Anniversary Presents Yet?
I'm done!! Woo hoo!
I ended up getting H this leather watch box for his desk at work since that's where he keeps his watches.
I'm going to put tickets to a minor league baseball game that's 45 min from here in there and I think that's about it. We did a $100 limit this year, so I think I'm maxed out other than maybe a card.

Re: Anyone buy Anniversary Presents Yet?
I haven't yet. I think H is getting a new wallet since his is shot (he's had it the whole time I've known him) I just don't know what type of wallet to get him. Suggestions are welcome!
On a seperate note, I kinda feel for the guy since we've got our anniversary and mother's day/first born (not sure if we're actually celebrating mother's day since the baby isn't actually here yet) happening all within a few weeks of eachother!
My H does the same thing - you'd be surprised how hard it is to find wallets with the removable insert (most are sewn in). I've had the most luck at TJMaxx.

I didn't realize the 3rd anniversary gift was leather until AFTER Christmas when I got him a new wallet and leather jacket. Whoops.
We are leaving this Saturday for our anniversary trip out west though..it's a bit early since our anniversary isn't til the 17th, so we may just do dinner and a movie on the actual day.
Blog!
I figured a new baby is good gift, though it will be a few months late
I actually have NO clue. No ideas.. it's hard because DH is the kind of guy if he wants something he goes and gets it. So what is left? It's frustrating.
Poor DH... In one week he has my birhtday, our anniversary, and mother's day. Much more pressure for him!
...and what did you get yourself? Did you say and I forgot?
What is he all putting in his wallet?
The Bosca one I have for H just has the things for his cards and then a magnetic money clip and I thought for sure that magnetic clip would go but like I said 5 years and its still going strong and I think it is a lot less bulky then carrying around a wallet.
Or maybe a money clip because they have a thing for like 2 cards I think. Dillards had a good variety
Um can I steal your idea?!?! I'm so tired of all of H watches laying on the dresser.
We dont normally do gifts though. We go on trips. We are going to the beach the weekend before out anniversary.
Sure! Steal away! I really wanted to get him this one, but it was a bit pricey and it won't fit in his desk.
Not sure if this helps any of you wallet girls, but a few years ago H decided to stop putting his wallet in his back pocket. It was hurting his behind and making him feel like he always had to crack his back. He uses a front pocket wallet - like one of these Fossil ones, but his doesn't have the money clip thing.
He has a few credit cards, insurance card and a little cash. It's really not a lot. The insert he's using now is like a bi-fold wallet, but it just has a single slot on each side. Do you have a link to what your H has?
This is exactly why he started just using the insert. Thanks for the link. I'll have to look into something like this.
Sounds like an amazing anniversary gift to me!
Yup.. 2 front axels, 2 front brake pads, new battery, new alternator.. And we're waiting for that ever special front right ball joint to solidify the deal. Maybe we'll splurge and go for new tires too!
All this to sell the POS
A really small (I love thin, stackable rings) sapphire band (H's birthstone) and a really small aquamarine band (the dog's birthstone). Yes, I have lost my stinkin' mind! Seriously though, they're just two very small different shades of blue bands, which is cool, I think, b/c they look like one normal-sized two-tone ring. The birthstone part sounds uber creepy, but honestly, I wear tons of blues, grays, and greens, so they'll match lots of what I wear. My freakiness w/ bdays is just a bonus
