I know it isn't thursday but get over it! I am too excited not to AW!
We are cleared to close!! Seriously I was debating on if this would happen or not. The sellers only gave us 30 days to close and normally it takes 45 days right now and with us owning two condos there was a lot of stuff for the underwriters to look at.
I am so excited and can't wait to celebrate with a big margarita after closing on friday! If anyone needs a mortgage broker let me know. Ours went above and beyond to get this done so fast.

Thanks everyone! We are so excited to see Lexi play in the new house.
Now on to trying to convince DH to let us get a dog. Higgy I tried with those puppy pics u posted on fb awhile ago!
You have a fenced in yard and Lexi would LOVE to have a dog, I'm sure!
Do you have a specific breed you want?
Our yard is not fenced in. Just the back is b/c it backs to the golf course so that is for the golfers not to come on our property. The sides are not fenced. We would get an electric fence though.
I grew up with westies but I am not sure what we would get. I would love to have a westie but sometimes I want a bigger dog that we can take for runs. Pros and cons to each. I would also want to rescue a westie if that is what we chose. DH doesn't want an animal right now but Lexi gets so excited whenever she sees a dog. Even for a 10 sec commercial. So he will cave eventually.
