Hello all - as some of you may know i've recently ventured into my new business...on a GREAT note - it's really taken off so much i'm considering getting a summer intern...any suggestions for how to go about this? I own an agency - so i'm planning to definitely post this with a local advertising group, I just thought i would post this incase anybody had any "don't forget to" etc... feedback! Thanks in advance...

Re: interns?

  • I've had really good luck in the past with alumni and college boards. If you are an alumni of a university near you, you can post specifically to students in the discipline you work in, and you're much more likely to get qualified interns.

  • Check and see if local colleges have job posting boards.  My university allows employers to post jobs for free.
  • It's wonderful that you start to do this. You can read resume CV about all important things that you must know about this.
