i am very mad at myself today for coming home from work late last (as in walked in the door at 7:30)....and for no good reason did not go for a run. it was GORGEOUS otu last night and it will likely be rainy and cold today. i walked upstairs to change into running stuff and my hands just went for post-work sweatpants instead. sigh.
Re: i am a lazy-bum
my new walking buddy and I did great for a week and then... we stopped. (Stooopid life got in our way.) So .. you've got competition for Queen of Lazyland.
Last night, I opened a bottle of wine and drank a glass. Even though I am still on the Z-Pac. I don't care if it made it less effective, I NEEDED that wine. Bc I was working, at home, after the full day here. and I was not happy about it.
I am not happy @ the rain - I was hoping to do something outside tonight, just to pretend I could.
"What is a week-end?"
We make the rockin' world go 'round.
I'm so lazy, I have coupons for Macy's and a $0 balance on my Macy's card and I STILL don't think I am going to drag my arse out of the house to go treat myself to something cute. Not to mention that my parents are coming Friday and I haven't even thought of lifting a finger to clean.
I did, however, hop on the treadmill at lunchtime, so I am somewhat proud of myself in that aspect... but come on... I'm with you that it must be the weather.
um, I'm with you on the lazy.
I drove to work today because I was too sore to walk. 2 blocks. That is serious proof of laziness. I also ordered shoes that will probably have to be sent back because I couldn't be bothered to drive to a store and try them on.
Stand up for something you believe in.
I've had days where I even changed into my sports bra and sneakers, but just sat on the couch eating chips and watching tv. It happens. Mainly because I hate working out and have to pump myself up to make it to the gym.
DH says, when you feel like that, just go for a walk. It's a lot less daunting, in fact, it's downright pleasant.
