    I haven't weighed myself at all lately. I think I'm pretty much the same as the last time I weighed in. I did start running again on Wednesday. I'm doing the C25K program since I have been more focused on doing strength training as opposed to cardio lately.

    Since we're TTC now, I'm really more focused on getting in the habit of eating healthy and going on walks. I'm not really worrying about the number on the scale.

  • I lost 1 lb from last week, so I'm happy with that.  I've got 7.2lbs to go to reach my goal.  It's really just a random number that I sort of said I'd like to reach.  My motivation is to get down lower while we are TTC so that #1 I can be eating healthier & #2 so that when I do have a baby I won't have so far to go to lose weight afterward. 

     I got Zumba for Wii and started doing it this week.  It's fun and a great work out!

  • No change for me either. Kind of frustrating, but I need to reign in my eating I think. I have the working out down. I get my cardio / running in and even got back into strength training in twice a week. Just have to curb the food...I blame my husband who eats like a champ and then wonders "Why aren't you going to have more?"

  • Hoping to join in with the check ins in next week - a friend of mine is supposed to give me her copy of Insanity (she quit doing it...which doesn't bode well for me...) this week and I am looking forward to it.  Sort of.  :)
