As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

All kinds of Nestie Vibes needed
One of my coworkers died unexpectedly last night. She was having dinner with some of her employees late yesterday afternoon when she started having trouble breathing. She ended up going into cardiac arrest caused by a pulmonary embolism. They had her stabalized and treated the embolism with a blood thinner. Unfortunately this caused internal bleeding and she passed away around 3:00 am.
Everyone in my office is just in shcok right now.
This comes on top of my boss' father dying on Thursday. She's been out of the office since then and I haven't talked to her, but I imagine she's just a mess. Extra vibes for her would be nice.
So, yeah. Any extra thoughts and/or prayers you could send this way are much appreciated. And give some love to your families and friends tonight, because you just never know.

I found out after posting that the embolism was caused by a blood clot in her leg that she had previously been taking medication for, but she stopped taking it because ti was making her sick.
If that's not a lesson, I don't know what is. Take those meds. Better than the alternative...
