I am thankful for all of you. I just DD'ed my post, but I cannot tell you what the support and advice you have given me today means. Its hard to not have anyone to talk to about these kinds of things but you girls are amazing. I love you all and appreciate everything you have said.

I am grateful for all you ladies and knowing I can post something on here and not be harshly judged. Also, I am grateful for my amazing marriage. Even though my DH has pushed my buttons and pushed his boundaries a bit I know he would never be a complete jerk like some men are. One of my friends' husbands asked her for a divorce a few weeks ago. They have been together for 5 years and he told her that he didnt love her and never loved her and ditched her with all the bills to pay and everything. Come to find out what she just found out today is that he has been sleeping around with many of her "friends." Ick what a sleazeball Surprise

I would personally like to punch him in the throat... she is talking about going in to file the papers here in the next couple of weeks. The poor girl is completely destroyed even though she seems to be doing better.. they have been married for a little over a year.

I'm thankful for my life generally. That's cheesy I know, but I've been doing a lot of job-related complaining lately, and the reality is that I couldn't ask for much more in life. I have a great family, amazing husband, cool dog, the best friends anyone could ask for (including you all!), and every weekend feels like a vacation. Ok, I could ask for a new job but at least I have a paycheck while I'm waiting!

I am thankful for my friends and family. I am thankful for the wonderful first year with my husband, even though it has had its ups and downs. I am thankful to have my current job, as well as a lead on a full time job (which I am playing phone tag with today trying to apply). I am thankful we got a nice little bit of money back from taxes that allowed us to pay off our wedding bands as well as a few other bills. We are slowly but surely getting back on track

One of my closest friends from high school had been with her ex for seven years, married for a little over two, and she found out he was having an affair and had no desire to fix anything with their marriage. I was so proud of her for booting his ass! She filed for divorce herself, and they had court a few weeks ago. They had bought a house a year ago, and she gets all of it, but the mortgage that goes with it!

I am thankful for my ever growing family! I can't wait to meet my new niece this weekend. Plus, while my sister is in the hospital, I have her first two girls. So I get to spend Thursday night until Sunday with them at my grandma's. I'm so excited! Just look how friggin' cute these two are!

Of course, this was after Jen was making cookies and left the room to talk to my other sister on the phone for about five minutes until she realized she had left the girls in the kitchen with the flour! Hahaha!

Danie - your neices are sooo cute!

I'm grateful the upcoming "spring break" at the school I work at...the vacation we are taking soon, being able to celebrate our first anniversary after one happy year, and I'm grateful that last April was not this rainy!!!!!

I'm grateful for pretty much everything I try every day to remind myself to not take anything for granted!

I'm thankful for the wonderful evening DH and I had for our anniversary.

I'm thankful that DH is so helpful around the house when I need or just want help!

I'm also thankful for the 75 degree weather we're supposed to have tomorrow, thunderstorms and all!

I am thankful DH and I survived the really nasty weather we had here tonight. There were/are tornadoes all around us, but we only got a little pea size hail and some heavy rain.

I am also thankful for MIL who was worried sick about us during the storm. Even though I got frustrated when she called for the 2nd time tonight (this time in the middle of the really bad part) to check on us. I know she means well and I love her for it.

I have SO MUCH to be thankful for, I have a great group of family and friends who support me in everything I do. I have a fantastic husband who is my best friend, and the love of my life. I have parents who would sacrifice everything for their children. I often forget to appreciate that I have all of these things just because one or two things aren't perfect, but I really am a very lucky person!
