How much do you spend on a baby shower gift?
I've never been to a baby shower so I don't really know how much to spend. It's for a coworker but I'm friends with her too- she's not just an acquaintance from the office. I was trying to think about how much I've spent on bridal shower gifts but I haven't been to one of those in about 2 years either so I don't remember. Sorry this is a stupid question- I'm totally drawing a blank here. Haha
Re: How much do you spend on a baby shower gift?
I've only been to one baby shower and I think I spent about $40. We aren't super close but I wanted to get her something nice. I think I got her the play mat she registered for and some binkies.
$30-$40 for your case.
A good friend, $50
For a sister or BFF, in the hundreds.
I agree with this too-- depends on what you want to get. Do you want to get a certain thing off her registry or clothes?
yeah, this.
I have tupperware storage containers full of clothing DS never got to wear. I couldn't bring myself to pull anything over his little head until he was over 2 months old, so all those shirts went unworn.
If you cannot resist clothing, but in the 9-18 mo range!

yep, this.
I would spend arounf 35-40 dollars. A bunch of small things usually help out. They will always need diapers and baby onesies are great. A neat idea for onesie were these onesie stickers that was a huge hit at a baby shower I was at. They were affordable and I had never heard of them but they are a new thing that new moms get for each new month. she got them from. a site in etsy from the seller onesiestickers.
