Hunger Games Fans...more casting news
Elizabeth Banks is in serious talks per a zillion web sources to be Effie.
Two newcomers have been cast as Thresh and Rue.
Jack Quaid (Denis Quaid and Meg Ryan's son) is going to be Marvel and Leven Rambin (from Grey's) is going to play Glimmer (the district 2 folks).
I'm so ready to see this movie and they haven't even started shooting!

I saw that! I think she can totally pull off Effie.
I don't remember who Marvel is. The girl playing Rue is going to thrash up some heart strings. I mean, look at her!
Moosie...Joanna and Finnick are going to be great too, but they aren't until the second book, so we'll have to wait EVEN LONGER for them. =( Ah well, here's to hoping it'll be worth the wait!
I'm on the RDJ as Haymich bandwagon...don't think it'll happen, but defnitely fun to work up your dream cast.

I hope they don't cast that goofy gay designer guy who was the wedding planner in Sex and the City as Cinna. Someone close, without the goofiness, would work. Kevin Spacey? Naw, someone younger. Can't wait to see!
